Limestone
Industrial Base Material — High Quality from Ratatotok
Our limestone is mined from the unique Ratatotok geological formation in Southeast Minahasa, North Sulawesi. With CaO above 55% and very low impurity (SiO2 < 0.35%, MgO < 0.80%), it is the primary choice for national steel, cement, and chemical industries.
CaCO3 (Calcium Carbonate)
Precision Calcium Powder for Creative Industry
Our calcium carbonate is processed using modern grinding mill technology for highly consistent particle fineness. With brightness ≥ 94% and purity 98.8%, it is the ideal filler for plastics, paint, rubber, and paper industries.
Burn Lime (Quicklime / CaO)
High-Active Calcium Oxide — Maximum Reactivity
Our quicklime is produced via controlled thermal decomposition in vertical shaft kilns at 1,000–1,200°C. The result is CaO with high porosity, available CaO reaching 92.1%, and highly responsive chemical reactivity.
Hydrated Lime (Ca(OH)2)
Fine Calcium Hydroxide — Pure Environmental Solution
Our hydrated lime is the result of controlled hydration of pure quicklime (CaO). With fineness passing 325 mesh above 95%, it is highly soluble and reactive — the perfect choice for FGD in power plants, water treatment, and road stabilization.
PCC (Precipitated Calcium Carbonate)
Molecular Purity — Specialty Industry Standard
Our PCC is produced via CO2 chemical precipitation, enabling full control over crystal form and particle size. With 99.85% CaCO3 purity, 98.5% brightness, and grain size 1.2–2.5 μm, this product surpasses ground calcium carbonate (GCC) capabilities.

Crushed Limestone 1x2 & 2x3 — Directly from Ratatotok Quarry
Our crushed stone (batu giling) is limestone processed through our 250 TPH crusher plant at the Ratatotok quarry, Southeast Minahasa. Available in 1x2 cm (10–20 mm) and 2x3 cm (20–30 mm) sizes, suitable for general construction, backfilling, and mixing. This product is not SNI-certified structural concrete aggregate — please consult our team for certified structural applications.
